Prairie Crocus Double-Sided Necklace ~ Special Edition
This beautiful necklace is a labour of love & collaboration with Jen Grégoire Photography. Jen travels through rural areas to capture stunning images of old barns, homesteads, vintage trucks and even, you guessed it… flowers! She has an incredible eye for detail that shines through in all of her pieces.
One side features the stunning “Prairie Crocus in Alberta” photo. The other side features a piece of actual prairie crocus from our Canadiana Collection.
Manitoba Prairie Crocus
Adopted as the official flower of Manitoba in 1906, the prairie crocus is actually a type of anemone, belonging to the buttercup family. A favourite throughout the prairies, it is one of the first signs of spring and brings with it a celebration of rebirth and renewal.
Each flower has been collected with care, pressed and dried to create a stunning interpretation of the uniqueness of each of us, no two pieces are alike.
